The degree candidate is asked to file this STATEMENT OF INTENT with the Office of Registrar and Academic Services as soon as a decision regarding 2 degrees is reached.  We plan to give each of your departments a copy of this statement and a final degree check at mid-term of each semester of your senior year;  we cannot do this without your help.
