South Dakota Tech Residence Life Equipment Rental Agreement Applications submitted after August 15th will not be delivered to your room. You will need to pick up the rental from the Residence Life Office during normal business hours.
Residence Life has a limited number of microfridges and refrigerators for rent.
Please let us know what your choices are (if you only want a microfridge, do not list second or third choices). Prices listed do not include SD state sales tax.

By submitting this form, I accept responsibility for equipment rent charged to my student account. I understand that Residence Life will deliver the rented equipment to my assigned dorm room prior to my arrival for the fall semester. I am responsible for said equipment until such time as I return it or I check out of my room at the end of the spring semester.
I understand that charges will be applied per semester. Equipment returned early will have the rental charges prorated and a portion refunded. All returned equipment must be clean and defrosted.
Charges will be incurred for equipment that is damaged, not cleaned, not defrosted or leaving puddles (melting ice).
